Our medical response target is 15 minutes, and our control room begins coordinating the moment you activate. Actual times vary by location and traffic, but help is moving while we stay on the line with you.

Activation works over both app and phone. If data drops, a normal call to our control room triggers the same dispatch process.
On the Family plan you can add or remove up to five dependants in one household at any time — one activation point covers everyone.
Yes. Membership is an annual plan with no lock-in beyond the term; you can choose not to renew at any point.
Individual covers one person (KES 8/day). Family covers up to five people in a household for KES 15,000/year (KES 250 per person per month). If you have dependants, Family is the better value.
Our control room calls you back to confirm the situation, then dispatches the right responder — medical, security or road — to your exact GPS location, and stays with you until help arrives.
